Good creative work thrives when people feel respected. These guidelines apply to profiles, services, portfolios, conversations and reviews.

Be honest about your work

Show work you created or have permission to display. Describe your skills and deliverables accurately. Do not impersonate another person, fabricate client reviews, manipulate popularity, or offer services you cannot provide.

Respect the person behind the screen

Give clear, constructive feedback. Harassment, discrimination, threats, scams and unsolicited spam are not welcome. Keep project communication professional and do not share private information about others without permission.

Respect creative ownership

Agree on usage rights and licenses. Do not copy protected portfolio work, remove watermarks or publish confidential client materials without permission. Completed work should follow the client’s publication preference and the platform’s consent rules.

Keep a clear project record

Use the project workspace for briefs, changes and deliveries. Do not pressure another user to bypass the recorded payment flow or approve work they have not received. Explain the requested revisions and give the other person a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Report concerns

Use the report controls on profiles, services or messages. You can block another participant from further messaging. Order disputes should be opened through the order workspace. Moderators record decisions and may warn, suspend or disable accounts for policy violations.
