Your privacy matters.
Visual Vibe uses the information needed to operate accounts, creative projects and marketplace payments. This page explains the main categories of information and how they are used.
Information you provide
We store account and profile details, designer applications, portfolio samples, service descriptions, project requirements, messages, uploaded files, reviews and support reports. Bank top-up evidence and withdrawal details are used to verify deposits and record payouts. Optional identification submitted with an application is limited to account review.
Public and private information
Approved designer profiles, active services, published portfolio previews and published completed-order reviews are public. Messages are limited to conversation participants. Final delivery files and order requirements are limited to authorized participants and administrators when support or moderation requires access. Administrative access to reported or disputed chats is recorded.
Security and account activity
We use password hashes, secure session mechanisms and access checks. Activity timestamps support online status. Login-attempt records and administrative audit records help identify abuse and investigate sensitive actions. Profile views use a daily hashed visitor identifier to reduce duplicate counting.
Cookies and local preferences
Essential session cookies keep you signed in securely. A remember-me cookie is used only when requested. The browser may store your notice preference and recently viewed service identifiers. The application does not include advertising trackers by default.
External media
YouTube portfolio videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Viewing external media or following a portfolio or social link may share information with that service under its own policies. External websites operate separately from Visual Vibe.
Retention and your requests
Financial transactions and audit records are retained to preserve an accurate marketplace history. Contact visualvibe@gmail.com for requests to access, correct or remove personal information. Some records may need to remain for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. You can update your profile and password from your account settings.
